Jonathan Cruz is a Real Estate Broker, licensed in Georgia and in the state Florida. He offers 24 years of experience high quality service in the real estate market. Consistent communication with all his clients is one of his top priorities. He is extremely organized, knowledgeable and enjoys the real estate negotiation process. Jonathan strives to meet and exceed the interests and objectives of clients.

In addition to his 24 years of Real Estate experience, he also has a 7 year background in home financing as a loan officer. This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful. This knowledge gives him the ability to visualize possibilities in properties where others cannot. 


He currently resides and services the West Metro and Greater Atlanta, Georgia area, where he is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS® and Atlanta Board of REALTORS®. He is also a past member of the National Broadcasters Association and The American Society of Cinematographers. Jonathan Cruz is an active Real Estate Broker in both Georgia and Florida. He also is Director of Agent Services Coordinator at his office. He enjoys teaching real estate classes and assisting new agents just coming in to the field. He is also a Notary Public in Douglas County Georgia. He  honors and continues to serve and expand his services to all his past and future clients. 

Jonathan is also fluent in both English and Spanish. He is originally from New York City and grew up in Woodside, Queens. He attended CUNY (City University of New York) & Kingsborough College in Brooklyn, NY as an undergraduate and graduate student where he obtained his B.A. in Mass Communications with a major in Television Broadcasting. His philosophy is based on teamwork, integrity and results. Always reaching beyond expectations to make things happen. Jonathan has lived in major Florida cities such as Miami and Tampa. On his spare time away from the business Jonathan enjoys writing music lyrics, singing, Theater, Photography, Theme parks and Traveling are also among his interests.

Residential Single Family – My residential single family services connect buyers with  sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients.  This  property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one   in which I  have expertise.


Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market  focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope  with  the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.


Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.
